Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing our website, purchasing a product or session, or joining a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

2. Who we are and what we offer

Cosmic Sagery provides spiritual education and coaching, including digital classes and guides, one-on-one sessions (such as Soul Contact and the Soul Weave Private Intensive), ongoing coaching/consulting, and the Awaken Academy membership. Details, inclusions, and prices are described on the relevant pages.

3. Purchases and payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout through our payment providers (ThriveCart and Stripe). You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any applicable taxes.
• We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already completed.

4. Memberships, subscriptions, and auto-renewal

Please read this section carefully.

• Awaken Academy is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Free-trial offers: if you receive a free first month, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the free period and your payment method is charged the standard price (currently $87/month) unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will show the renewal date at sign-up and send you a reminder before the first charge.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Digital products, access, and license

Classes, guides, recordings, and other digital materials are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post them. We may host content on third-party platforms and may update or discontinue materials over time. Access is granted for as long as reasonably practicable but is not guaranteed to be perpetual.

6. One-on-one sessions

Sessions are scheduled after purchase. Sessions may be recorded and the recording provided to you; the recording is for your personal use. Please arrive on time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for rescheduling and no-show terms.

7. Community conduct (Awaken Academy group)

Our private community is a supportive space. You agree to be respectful, keep other members’ shares confidential, and not spam, harass, sell to, or harvest information from other members. We may remove content or members that violate these standards, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All content, materials, methods, names, and branding (including Soul Weave, Soul Contact, Awaken Academy, and the Cosmic Sagery name and logo) are owned by Cosmic Sagery LLC and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited personal license in Section 5.

9. Spiritual & educational disclaimer

Cosmic Sagery provides educational and informational resources to support your personal, spiritual, and creative journey. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing we offer is a substitute for professional care. We make no guarantee of any particular result or outcome. Past results or experiences do not guarantee similar outcomes. You apply any teachings, tools, or strategies voluntarily and at your own discretion and risk. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

10. Assumption of risk

You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing. You agree that you participate in our classes, sessions, practices, and community voluntarily and assume the risks of doing so. (In-person and plant/medicine offerings, if any, are governed by a separate participation agreement and waiver, not these Terms.)

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Sagery LLC and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cosmic Sagery harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the “Effective date” reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
