Our approach
We want you to feel good about working with us. Because most of what we offer is delivered instantly or in real time, the terms below reflect the nature of each offering. If something goes wrong technically, always email [email protected] first — we’ll make it right.
Digital classes, guides, and recordings
Because you receive immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you have a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix access or provide the file.
One-on-one sessions (Soul Contact, Soul Weave Intensive, and similar)
- Rescheduling: you may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, at no charge.
- Late cancellation / no-show: cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable (the time was reserved for you). We’ll do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.
- After a completed session: because the work is delivered live and includes a recording and materials, completed sessions are non-refundable.
Awaken Academy membership
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- No partial or prorated refunds for the current billing period or for unused time.
- Free-trial members: your paid membership begins automatically when the free month ends and your card is charged the standard price unless you cancel before the trial ends. We’ll remind you before that first charge. To avoid being charged, cancel any time during the free month — one click, no questions.
How to cancel a subscription
- Log in to your account (or your ThriveCart/Stripe customer portal), or
- Email [email protected] and we’ll cancel it for you. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to purchased materials and the community.
